We follow strict principles and work with full transparency when setting our consulting fees, and strive to ensure reliability, specifically with regard to your expenses.
As a general rule, we set our fees in accordance with the Lawyers' Remuneration Act (RVG). The fee due for handling a legal problem generally depends on the individual case. If you have any questions about the costs you will incur for legal assistance in a specific case, we will be happy to answer your questions individually by email or telephone.
Initial consultation
The charge for a first consultation may amount to a maximum of EUR 226.10 in accordance with the Lawyers' Remuneration Act (RVG), although experience has shown that in most cases, we are able to stay well below this amount.
Out-of-court consultation and/or representation
As a rule, we charge in accordance with the Lawyers’ Renumeration Act (RVG). In certain circumstances, hourly or flat-rate fees may be agreed. This typically applies to cases of permanent mandates or long-term consultation clients.
Representation in court
In cases where legal disputes require representation in court, we assess all fees and charges exclusively in accordance with the RVG. In the event of court proceedings, all lawyers are bound by this law and consequently prohibited from charging lower fees.
Legal expenses insurance
In cases of existing legal expense insurance, we will obtain confirmation of cover and settle our invoices directly with your insurance within the respective limits of liability.
